Ariel Messianic Congregation Lake Worth Florida
Shalom House a Seventh-Day Adventist supported Messianic Jewish Sober Living Facility For Alcoholism/Addiction Recovery

MISSION STATEMENT

i. WHO WE ARE

We are a Messianic Congregation comprised of Jews and non-Jews alike who acknowledge that Yeshua is Messiah. Congregation Ariel began worshipping in our current location in April of 2005.

ii. OUR MESSAGE

Our message is that the Hebraic roots form the foundation upon which Yeshua built His congregation and today calls out His loyal remnant from every ethnic group, language, tribe and people. It is on that foundation of God's gracious dealings with Israel that we understand Messiah's life, teaching, and the good news of His salvation.

iii. OUR PURPOSE

Our purpose is to strengthen our walk with God by returning to the pure teachings of Yeshua and His first-century followers. Our understanding of prophecy leads us to believe that this will prove a major avenue in restoring the unity of those who obey the commandments of God and remain faithful to Yeshua in these last days.

iv. OUR MISSION

Our mission is to come into unity in Messiah together with our brothers and sisters everywhere, to share His transforming life, and His self-giving love for a lost world.

Here is the patience of the saints, here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Yeshua. Revelations 14:12

(1)I believe there is one God; Hashem, Son Y'shua and Ruach HaKodesh, a unity of three coeternal Persons.
(2) I accept the death of Y'shua Messiah on Calvary as the atoning sacrifice for my sins, and believe that by God's grace through faith in His shed blood that I am saved from sin and its penalty.
(3) I accept Y'shua Messiah as my Lord and personal Saviour, and believe that God, in Messiah has forgiven my sins and given me a new heart, and I renounce the sinful ways of the world.
(4) I accept by faith the righteousness of Messiah, my Intercessor in the heavenly santuary, and accept His promise of grace and power by His indwelling Spirit to live a loving, Messiah centered life in my home and before the world.
(5) I believe the Scriptures are God's inspired Word, the only rule of faith and practice for the believer. I covenant to spend time regularly in prayer and Scripture study.
(6) I accept the Ten Commandments as a transcript of the character of God and a revelation of His will. It is my purpose by the power of the indwelling Messiah to keep this law, including the fourth commandment, which requires the observance of the seventh day of the week as the Sabbath of the Lord and the memorial of Creation.
(7) I look forward to the soon coming of Y'shua and the blessed hope when "this mortal shall...put on immortality." As I prepare to meet the Lord, I will witness to His loving salvation by using my talents in personal soul-winning endeavor to help others to be ready for His glorious appearing.
(8) I accept the Scripture teaching of spiritual gifts, and believe that the gift of prophecy is one of the identifying marks of the remnant body of believers.
(9) I believe in temple unity and order. It is my purpose to worship God and support the world body through my tithes and offerings and by my personal efforts and influence.
(10) I believe that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; and I will honor God by caring for it; avoiding the use of that which is harmful; abstaining from all unclean foods, from the use, manufacture, or sale of alcoholic beverages; the use, manufacture, or sale of tobbaco in any of its forms for human consumption, and from the misuse of or trafficking in narcotics or other drugs.
(11) I know and understand the fundamental Scripture principles as taught by the Worldwide Adventist Messianic Congregations. I purpose, by the grace of God, to fulfil His will by ordering my life in harmony with these principles.
(12) I accept the scriptural teaching of t'vila by complete immersion, and desire to be immersed as a public expression of faith in Messiah and His forgiveness of my sins.
(13) I accept and believe that the Worldwide Adventist Messianic Congregation as a body of believers is the remnant of Scripture prophecy and that people of every, nation, race, and language are invited and accepted into its fellowship. I desire to be a member in this local congregation of the world body of believers.
